Connor Radnovich is an award-winning journalist and experienced political communicator. He currently serves as Communications Specialist for Elections and Audits for the Oregon Secretary of State’s Office.
During his 10 years as a journalist his work was published by major national news organizations including the Associated Press, San Francisco Chronicle, Seattle Times, Washington Post and USA Today.
From 2017 to 2022, Connor covered the Oregon Legislature and state politics for the Statesman Journal, a Gannett newspaper. He led coverage of several legislative sessions and election cycles with a focus on the impacts of legislation on residents of Salem, Oregon, and the activities of Salem-area elected politicians. He also contributed to the newspaper’s coverage of major community news events, including the 2020 Labor Day wildfires, Salem’s drinking water crisis of 2018, the clearing of a historic homeless camp, a total solar eclipse and the COVID-19 pandemic.
He joined the Oregon Senate President's office in February 2023 to lead development and implementation of communications strategies to support passage of top legislative priorities. He also led on public communications around the development of the biennial state budget. He joined the Secretary of State’s office in March 2026 to support public communications on elections and audits and serve as the primary contact for members of the news media on those topics.
Connor graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Masters of Mass Communication.
