Connor Radnovich is an award-winning journalist and experienced political communicator. He currently serves as a Communications Specialist for Elections and Audits for the Oregon Secretary of State’s Office.
During his 10 years as a journalist his work was published by major national news organizations including the Associated Press, San Francisco Chronicle, Seattle Times, Washington Post and USA Today.
From 2017 to 2022, Connor reported on the Oregon Legislature and state politics for the Statesman Journal, a Gannett newspaper. He led coverage of several election cycles and legislative sessions with a focus on the impacts of politics and legislation on Salem residents. He also contributed to the newspaper’s coverage of major community news events, including Oregon’s Labor Day wildfires of 2020, Salem’s drinking water crisis of 2018, the clearing of a historic homeless camp, a total solar eclipse and the COVID-19 pandemic.
He joined the Oregon Senate President's Office in February 2023 to lead development and implementation of communications strategies to support top legislative efforts, state budget conversations and Senate President Rob Wagner. He joined the Secretary of State’s Office in March 2026 as the primary contact for reporters regarding elections or audits.
Connor graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Masters of Mass Communication.
